Hi guys πŸ™‚ Napansin ko kasi na wala o konti lang yung piano lessons in Tagalog/Filipino. Please note na yung lessons na to, more on chords/patterns/playing by ear.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Pano malalaman kung anong tutugtugin sa left hand? Play lang yung root o yung bass ng chord for example:
E# – just play E#
AM7 – just play A
Cm – just play C
G7, just play G
Fdim7 – just play F
Bbsus4 – just play Bb
A/D – play A o D depende kung anong mas bagay
2. Pano malalaman kung anong pattern gagagmitin? Kahit ano, pwede pero merong ilang guidelines: pattern 1 – for longer (sustained) notes, pattern 2 for shorter/quick notes, pattern 3 kung yung next “chord” (1-5-8) ng left hand ay mas mababa sa current “chord” na gamit mo, pattern 4, kung yung “chord” pabalik na sa starting chord e.g. yung twinkle twinkle, nagstart ng G tapos nag end din ng G. Bago mag G, gumamit tayo ng D – sa D bagay yung pattern 4. Halos lahat ng song, same yung starting chord at ending chord. Yung pattern 5, mas ok sa syncopated na notes (yung twinkle twinkle na jazzy).Yung pattern 6, sa starting chord o ending chord
3. Kailangan ba gumamit ng sustain pedal? Pano ginagamit? Mas ok kung may sustain pedal pero depende din sa gusto mong sound/technique. Pagplay mo ng “chord”, angat mo sandali yung sustain pedal ng pinakamabilis na kaya mo. Dapat balik mo agad.
4. Yan lang ba yung mga patterns? Madami pang iba. Yung iba, pwedeng kayo na lang gumawa ng kombinasyon
