This lesson is about playing the “Scandinavian style” approach to jazz piano. This “style” is different than bebop, cool jazz etc. – as it contains lots of open chords/voicings.

The reason for the name is that there are many jazz musicians from Europe and Scandinavia that are playing like this.

In this lesson, Gjermund shows you how you can play the Scandinavian style (One of the ways).

Please note: The “Scandinavian Style” is not an official name for this style.
